About the Role
We are looking for a software developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and improve internal business systems, websites, software applications, and automation tools. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, solution-oriented, and able to convert business requirements into working software.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and contributing to end-to-end software development.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
· Build and improve websites, web applications, and internal business tools.
· Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
· Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
· Integrate APIs and third-party services when required.
· Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues.
· Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
· Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
· Maintain technical documentation and development records.
· Support future enhancements and software upgrades.
Technical Requirements
Candidates should have experience in some of the following technologies:
Frontend
· HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· React.js (preferred)
Backend
· Node.js / Python / PHP (experience in any one or more)
Database
· MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Other Skills
· REST API development
· Git / Version Control
· Basic cloud deployment knowledge
· Software debugging and testing
· Understanding of software architecture principles
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
· 1–5 years of software development experience.
· Experience building real-world applications or business systems.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to Have
· Experience with AI tools or automation workflows
· Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms
· Mobile app development exposure
· ERP, CRM, or business software experience
