Ompee Realty is looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate should have passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads through networking, referrals and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and project information.
