With strong manufacturing capabilities and a rapidly expanding workforce, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to build, manage, and strengthen our human capital across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments including:
- Production & Factory Operations
- Merchandising
- Product Development & Design
- Sales & Marketing
- E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
- Finance & Accounts
- Administration & Support Functions
- Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled workforce at all levels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluations, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
Workforce Management
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
- Ensure smooth workforce planning and manpower allocation.
- Monitor employee productivity and departmental staffing requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Performance & Culture
- Implement performance management systems and KPI tracking.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop training and skill enhancement programs.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with management on organizational policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, footwear, apparel, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Proven experience in hiring blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a workforce across factory and corporate functions.
- Experience with HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
