Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Dhulagarh, West Bengal

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 years preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and contractors, coordinating with vendors and the project team, ensuring quality and timely completion of work, and maintaining site discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, false-ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at site.
- Check quality of interior finishing and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, vendors, contractors, and client representatives.
- Track daily work progress and report site updates.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
- Follow project schedules and ensure work is completed within the committed timeline.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior site supervision/execution.
- Experience handling interior fit-out or commercial/residential interior projects.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, modular/furniture work, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and other interior finishing activities.
- Ability to manage workers and multiple contractors at site.
- Good understanding of measurements and basic drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle site-related pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting and coordination will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in interior execution/site supervision will be preferred over candidates with only general construction supervision experience.
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
