Role Overview
As a Store Associate at Sugartown Candy Factory, you will be responsible for daily store operations, customer interaction, and supporting live candy-making activities. You will represent the brand on-ground and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer walk-ins, explain products, and drive sales
Assist in live candy-making process (training will be provided)
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store at all times
Manage billing, POS operations, and cash handling
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager for replenishment
Follow SOPs for healthy candy production and service
Engage customers and create a fun, interactive store experience
Requirements
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Prior retail / food / hospitality experience preferred
Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Salary Range
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & location)
