We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, reel editing, video production, and social media management, with a good understanding of fashion and retail branding.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design creative posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials for social media and digital platforms.
- Develop visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, festivals, and brand awareness activities.
Video Editing & Reels
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Add transitions, effects, captions, music, and motion graphics to enhance engagement.
- Create compelling visual storytelling content for fashion and retail audiences.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media activities and maintain content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams for content requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, fashion industry trends, and digital marketing practices.
- Assist in creating content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong expertise in video editing and reel creation.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Excellent visual design and creative thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of fashion, apparel, retail, and lifestyle branding is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Management.
- Experience working with Fashion, Apparel, Retail, Lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and content planning abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
