Position: Associate – Performance Marketing

Associate – Performance Marketing will own end-to-end marketplace advertising and growth initiatives across Amazon & Flipkart, with accountability for revenue growth, ROAS, visibility, and campaign efficiency.
- Marketplace advertising across Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads platforms.
- Campaign planning, execution, bid optimization, and budget allocation across categories/SKUs.
- Growth metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, conversions, and revenue scaling.
- Keyword strategy, search visibility, and sponsored ad performance optimization.
- Coordination with catalog and creative teams to improve listing conversion and discoverability.
- Promotional campaign execution during sale events and platform-led activations.
- Performance reporting, trend analysis, and actionable growth recommendations.
- Experimentation across creatives, keywords, bids, audience targeting, and offers to improve efficiency and scale.
- Monitor campaign performance, sales trends, and ad spends on a daily basis.
- Optimize keywords, bids, placements, and campaign structures to improve ROAS and conversion.
- Identify high-performing SKUs and scale spends strategically while controlling inefficiencies.
- Work closely with marketplace/account management teams during sale events and promotions.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and marketplace visibility benchmarks.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reviews with clear insights and action plans
- Coordinate with content/design teams to improve creatives, A+ content, and listing performance.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketplace performance marketing or e-commerce growth roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads independently.
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth levers, sponsored ads, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured problem-solving and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with D2C or consumer brands across beauty, personal care, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle categories.
- Exposure to scaling campaigns during events like Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc.
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics/reporting tools and attribution tracking.
