We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Pick-Up & Drop & Marketing Executive for our automobile -bodyshop. The role involves handling vehicle pick-up and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting basic marketing activities to generate business for the bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
- Coordinate with customers for vehicle collection and delivery schedules
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection during pick-up and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of vehicles
- Assist in explaining bodyshop services to customers
- Support marketing activities to generate new enquiries (field visits, follow-ups, etc.)
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and repeat business
- Maintain records of pick-up, delivery, and customer interactions
- Follow all traffic rules and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Experience in driving and customer handling preferred
- Basic knowledge of automobile/bodyshop services is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to do field work
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
