Job Description in brief:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities.
- Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user manuals.
- Participate in product discussions and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.

Skill / Expertise / Work background:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product or application development.
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Experience working on web and mobile application products is preferred.
Experience level: 2–5 years
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile, Scrum, ECBA, CCBA, or similar Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
