Position: HVAC Site Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 years in HVAC Projects
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation and site activities, including Split AC, VRF/VRV, Cassette AC, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, Drainage and Copper Pipe works.
- Coordinate and allocate daily work to technicians and helpers.
- Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and update the Project Engineer / Project Coordinator.
- Check the quality of installation and ensure proper workmanship.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other site teams whenever required.
- Verify material availability and inform the concerned team about material requirements in advance.
- Maintain proper records of materials received, issued, and consumed at site.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for the work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower attendance and productivity at the site.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report completed and pending activities.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure project work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma/ in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical qualification.
- Relevant HVAC site experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,043.67 - ₹35,000.00 per month
