Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
We are looking for a young and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This is a critical role that requires strong coordination, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Track key action items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and reviews
- Manage travel logistics, expense reports, and documentation
- Provide administrative and strategic support on special projects as required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Chat GPT, AI tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
