Both call and process quality monitoring to track the performance of call centre executives and to give feedback on the same to improve their performance to the best .
▪ Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
▪ Provide feedback to call center team leaders and manager about the performance of the executives.
▪ Prepare and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
▪ Perform mock calls with new hires post-training to determine readiness for moving into support.
▪ Provide structured and timely recommendations; verbal and/or written feedback to Quality Manager or call centre leaders
