Role Overview:
As an HR Executive / HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, performance management, and compliance. You’ll play a vital role in building a motivated and high-performing workforce that drives organizational success.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll
Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred
