Position: Investor Relations Analyst

About the Team
The Reporting team is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance across the organisation. The key activities of the team include:
- Performance analysis: Review and analyse segment-wise Profit & Loss, including premiums, investments, claims, commissions, and expenses.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements under IGAAP and IND AS, and support transition to new standards such as IND AS 117.
- Planning and forecasting: Develop Profit & Loss projections based on past trends, market inputs, and discussions with stakeholders.
- Regulatory reporting: Prepare and submit reports to IRDAI and SEBI in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring key metrics: Track solvency, loss ratio, combined ratio, and other key indicators, and highlight areas of improvement.
- Investor communication: Support preparation of investor presentations and quarterly updates with clear and relevant information.
- Process improvement: Drive automation and improve reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
About the Role
- Investor Reporting & Communication - Prepare quarterly and annual investor presentations, earnings decks, fact sheets, and management discussion materials
- Financial & Peer Analysis - Track quarterly and annual financial performance of key competitors and industry peers.
- Capital Markets Intelligence - Track industry developments, regulatory changes, analyst reports, news flow, and market trends impacting the business.
- Shareholding & Ownership Tracking - Monitor weekly and monthly movements in institutional and shareholder holdings.
- Investor CRM Management - Partner with technology teams to design, implement, and enhance the Investor CRM platform, Maintain an up-to-date database of investors, analysts, and market participants.
- Earnings & Board Support - Coordinate data collection from Finance, Business, Actuarial, Claims, and Strategy teams for quarterly earnings preparation.
- Regulatory & Governance Support - Support compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and other disclosure requirements relevant to Investor Relations.
- Process Improvement & Automation - Develop automated financial and peer benchmarking dashboards, Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance investor insights and reporting.
- Conference & Roadshow Coordination - Manage investor conferences, earnings calls, and roadshow logistics.
- Ad-hoc Projects - Support strategic projects, capital market transactions, fundraising initiatives, ESG reporting, and special management requests as required.
Key Requirements:
- Education:MBA Finance or B.Com / M.Com with work experience in Investor Relations
- Strong financial statement analysis skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Financial modelling and variance analysis
- Capital markets and equity valuation understanding
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
- Tech Mastery: Proficiency in advanced excel, CRM Tools, Ability to use AI
