The ERP Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the ERP system, including implementation, maintenance, and user support. The ERP Coordinator works closely with different departments to ensure the ERP system meets their needs and operates efficiently.
Coordinate ERP usage across Production, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts
Ensure correct and timely data entry in the ERP system (Oracle)
Maintain item masters, BOMs, and vendor/customer records
Generate routine MIS reports and support data analysis
Assist users in resolving day-to-day ERP-related issues
Coordinate with the ERP vendor/IT team when required
Support process improvements and ERP best practices
Guide users to follow proper ERP processes
Basic working knowledge of Oracle
Good Excel and data handling skills
Clear communication skills (oral & written)
Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
