Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our remote marketing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various social media and marketing platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating highly engaging content, interacting with our community, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve our social strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Content Creation: Design, write, and produce engaging text, image, and video content tailored to specific networks (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
- Social Media Management: Own the daily management of all corporate social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts using tools like (Sprout Social / Hootsuite / Buffer).
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor, listen, and respond to followers, customers, and industry peers in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, community growth).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies, design tools, social media trends, and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Generate weekly and monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and reach out to potential influencers, brand ambassadors, and creators for partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Platform Expertise:Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest) and their respective best practices.Content Tools: Proficiency in content creation, AI and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), or CapCut.
- Copywriting: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Experience using social media analytics tools (Native platform insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) to evaluate campaign success.
- Self-Starter: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of past social media campaigns, graphics, or video content (please include a link with your application).
