Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of HVAC spare parts, tools, consumables, and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and spare parts.
- Issue spare parts to technicians and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for purchase requisitions and replenishment.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for fast-moving and critical items.
- Track warranty status and defective spare returns.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock audits, and consumption analysis.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of HVAC components.
- Maintain ERP/store software records and documentation.
- Coordinate with HVAC maintenance teams during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures in stores handling.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
