Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager – Candidate Onboarding to lead candidate acquisition, onboarding, and subscription sales initiatives on the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in sales, client handling, and candidate engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Subscription Sales
- Drive candidate onboarding and platform registrations
- Promote Vryfide subscriptions, career solutions, and AI-powered tools
- Guide candidates regarding platform benefits and career growth opportunities
- Ensure high conversion rates and onboarding success
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital outreach, and networking
- Build and implement effective sales strategies for candidate acquisition
- Maintain strong follow-up and conversion processes
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate onboarding and sales teams
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Support team members in achieving onboarding and sales goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and support experience
- Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Business Development & Marketplace Support
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketplace and hiring support initiatives
- Support employer engagement and platform expansion activities
Key Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Candidate Onboarding, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or Recruitment Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales preferred
