Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and communicative Front Office Executive & Student Counsellor to be the face of Moople Institute at our New Alipore center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales coordination, ensuring every student and visitor receives a world-class experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet all individuals entering the institute with professionalism, providing a positive first impression and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to relevant staff, taking detailed messages, and providing accurate information regarding our programs.
- Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage student appointments, including scheduling career consultations and course registrations.
- Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding course details, admission processes, fee structures, and general institute information.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the tidiness of the reception area, manage visitor logs, handle mail distribution, and oversee office supply inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Front Office, Receptionist, or Customer Service role (experience within a sales-driven environment or the education sector is highly preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Must have excellent fluency in Bengali (spoken) to effectively communicate with students and parents.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and maintaining student records.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
