The Sales Executive (Apartment Sales) is responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and promoting the company's residential apartment projects to prospective customers. The role includes understanding customer requirements, providing project presentations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The Sales Executive shall achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate lead and customer records, coordinate with the Marketing, Accounts, and Execution Departments for smooth booking and handover processes, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
