What does the job entail?
- Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated frontline sales professionals.
- Create desired sales behaviors within the team using our digital sales management process.
- Design and execute a sales plan to help your team expand their distribution (agent) network and meet targets.
- Plan and manage the revenue objectives of your assigned branch or unit.
- Review your team's progress against the plan and coach them to succeed.
- Ensure the quality and persistency of business
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
