Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and pitching our services/products to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of [X] calls per day to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads, and schedule meetings/appointments with interested prospects
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services/products to customers
- Address customer queries and concerns, and provide solutions to close sales
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales in our CRM system
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Fluency in [Language, e.g. English, Hindi, etc.]
