Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for order processing.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for dispatch and invoicing.
- Assist in tender documentation and customer registrations, where applicable.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide after-sales coordination.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM/ERP software.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
