osition: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and passionate professional to drive sales growth across our Ayurveda clinics, Panchakarma services, wellness memberships, training programs, and Ayurvedic product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities : Sales & Revenue Generation
- Generate and convert leads for Ayurveda consultations, Panchakarma treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and healthcare programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across services and products.
- Develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Ayurvedic Products Sales & Distribution
- Promote and sell Shadanga Ayurveda's range of Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products, oils, nutraceuticals, and personal care products.
- Develop and manage distributor, retailer, pharmacy, clinic, and wellness centre networks.
- Identify new market opportunities and channels for product sales.
- Coordinate product promotions, sampling activities, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor product inventory movement, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate social media marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, and local promotional activities.
- Support the organization of webinars, health camps, workshops, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
Corporate & Franchise Development
- Generate leads for franchise expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with hospitals, resorts, hotels, wellness centres, fitness centres, and corporate organizations.
- Assist in presentations, business proposals, and partnership discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and corporate partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high client retention.
- Manage customer feedback and support resolution of concerns.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and market opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products sectors.
- Experience in Ayurvedic product sales, healthcare services sales, or distributor management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
