Job Summary
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
Configure and support key SAP Finance modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Product Costing (CO-PC)
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, reconciliations, settlements, allocations, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
Manage integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and Treasury.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
Develop user training materials and maintain project documentation.

Skill Requirements
7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
Strong implementation and configuration experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
Experience with financial closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, and Fiori-based reporting.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project and support engagements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Other Requirements
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
Experience with Treasury, Cash Management, Group Reporting, or Central Finance.
Exposure to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and reporting solutions.
Experience in global rollout and transformation programs.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
