Why this role matters
As we grow from three clients to many, delivery is what makes or breaks us. You’ll be the operational backbone — owning implementations, managing a young team, and building a delivery function that runs predictably instead of through last-minute scrambles. High ownership, direct access to leadership, and a clear path to grow as the org does.
What you’ll own
- Delivery: client implementations end-to-end — dashboards, workbenches, process-mapping — from kickoff to go-live.
- Team: hire-adjacent — manage and mentor junior engineers and analysts; set priorities, unblock, review.
- Process: planning, timelines, status tracking and client communication that keeps delivery predictable.
- Translation: turn client requirements into clearly scoped work for engineering.
- Quality: documentation and repeatability so each new client onboards faster than the last.
You’ll thrive here if you have
- 6–7 years [can modify as above] in delivery / project / program management or implementation — ideally software, data or analytics.
- A track record managing a small team and several client projects in parallel.
- The backbone to hold timelines, and clients, accountable — calmly.
- Enough technical fluency to manage engineers and analysts credibly (you needn’t code daily).
- Bonus: exposure to industrial, engineering or finance domains.
