Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible JCB Operator to handle heavy equipment operations at project sites. The candidate should have experience in operating JCB/Backhoe Loader machines for excavation, loading, leveling, and other construction-related activities while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate JCB/Backhoe Loader machines efficiently and safely
- Perform excavation, digging, loading, and land leveling work
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment
- Conduct routine machine inspections before and after operations
- Follow site safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Coordinate with site supervisors and ground staff for smooth execution
- Report machine issues or breakdowns promptly
- Maintain fuel usage and basic operational records
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating JCB machinery
- Valid Heavy Vehicle / Equipment Operator License
- Good understanding of machine controls and safety practices
- Ability to work on construction, infrastructure, or field projects
- Physically fit and comfortable with field work
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance is preferred
