Role Overview The Sales Manager will drive luxury furniture sales through both showroom interactions and proactive business development. This role demands exceptional customer service, relationship building skills, and the ability to manage high value retail sales as well as full house and project based requirements. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and engage walk-in clients with a professional, service oriented approach. • Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations, design advice, and styling suggestions. • Proactively call and meet architects, interior designers, builders, and HNIs to generate business beyond showroom walk ins. • Identify opportunities for full house projects, villas, apartments, and commercial spaces, and present customized furniture solutions. • Handle complete sales cycle, product presentations, order entry, invoicing, delivery coordination, and post-sales support. • Build long term relationships with clients and industry partners to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Stay updated on luxury furniture trends, new launches, and industry developments to confidently engage clients. • Participate in showroom setups, trade shows, and brand events to strengthen visibility and sales opportunities.
