Candidate with thorough knowledge of designing Electrical/Plumbing/Firefighting/ HVAC systems required for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial projects with Good communication skills, Well versed with NBC 2016 and other design standards.
Design, detailing and drafting of the services drawings in auto cad. Design Calculations for Electrical/ Plumbing/ HVAC/ Fire Fighting services ,Preparation of schematics, preparation of DBR, SLD, Detailed Layouts ,Tender, BOQ ,Co ordination with clients, architects, site visits and site co ordination.
Checking implementation of the services and overall coordination for MEP systems
