This is a 6-month, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, working closely with our development team to ensure our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities
As a QA Intern, you will play an active role in the software development lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing on both web and mobile applications to identify defects and user experience issues.
- Bug Tracking & Reporting: Execute structured test cases, document bugs accurately, and log them in our tracking system.
- Regression Testing: Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after updates.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with developers and product teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Create, update, and maintain basic testing documentation, including test cases and checklists.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in team meetings, provide clear testing status updates, and advocate for application quality and usability.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings a solid foundational understanding of tech and a great attitude:
- QA Foundations: Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA concepts, and the SDLC/STLC framework.
- Execution: Familiarity with writing/executing test cases and structured bug reporting.
- Technical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an exceptional attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing with Postman is a major plus!
