Ensures operational continuity and minimizes production downtime by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and repairing industrial machinery.
Handle both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations

Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn components to prevent unexpected machinery failures.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Respond to emergency breakdowns, identify root causes of equipment failures, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
- Equipment Upgrades: Assist in the installation, calibration, and qualification of new manufacturing lines and production equipment.
- Documentation: Log maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance trends into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety standards, such as LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), 5S, and OSHA guidelines
Essential Requirements
- Education: A diploma, ITI certificate, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on ability to read schematics, blueprints, and operate diagnostic tools. Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs, and automation systems is highly desired.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy machinery parts, stand for long periods, and comfortably wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
