QA - Lead ( 6+ Yrs Experience ) – Onsite | Ahmedabad
Moon Technolabs is hiring a QA - Lead to join our team in Sola, Ahmedabad with strong manual testing skills and leadership experience to drive quality assurance across web, mobile, and desktop applications while collaborating closely with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across multiple projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with clients through calls, meetings, and email communication.
- Plan, assign, monitor, and track testing tasks within the QA team.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
- Knowledge of Load and Performance Testing will be considered an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience in Quality Assurance.
- 1.5–2 years of experience leading or managing QA teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and manage communications independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Load Testing and Performance Testing tools.
- Exposure to automation testing concepts is a plus.
