Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor & Warranty Incharge to oversee workshop operations and manage warranty processes for commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality repairs, and accurate warranty claim handling in line with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, LCV/HCV)
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor daily workshop operations
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and improve turnaround time
- Lead, guide, and support technicians with technical troubleshooting
- Conduct team training and improve technician productivity
- Process and submit warranty claims as per OEM guidelines
- Verify warranty eligibility (mileage, time, and policy conditions)
- Maintain accurate documentation (job cards, parts, failure details)
- Track claim status and reduce rejections
- Coordinate with OEM representatives for approvals and audits
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer quality standards
- Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Minimize repeat repairs and improve first-time fix rate
- Maintain service records, warranty logs, and workshop reports
- Track KPIs such as TAT, productivity, and claim approval rate
- Handle customer queries and provide service updates
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with spare parts team for availability
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop discipline
- Ensure safety compliance and company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–7 years experience in commercial vehicle service
- Strong technical, leadership, and warranty handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, service software)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
