Job Summary
The Tele Caller is responsible for contacting customers over phone to generate leads, follow up on enquiries, schedule appointments, promote products/services, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling & Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Attend inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up on pending leads and customer requirements.
Lead Generation
- Generate appointments and business opportunities through telecalling.
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Identify interested customers and transfer leads to sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely.
- Ensure proper customer satisfaction through timely communication.
Data Management
- Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports.
- Update CRM software with accurate customer information.
- Track lead status and conversion details.
Sales Support
- Inform customers about offers, promotions, and new products/services.
- Support sales campaigns and marketing activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and basic English preferred.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling/customer support preferred.

Salary Range
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
