Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures and customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance business growth.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service environments.
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
