Position Overview:
We are looking for galley helpers, to join our team at HIMT at Kalpakkam campus.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Production
Assist with daily preparation of hot and cold foods, salads.
Follow college standards, and quality guidelines
Chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling.
Assist with catering and serving , making arrangements for food preparartions
Ensure food is properly labeled, dated, and stored
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and department regulations
Team Support
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, cooks and seniors.
Assist other departments during peak times if needed.
Work experience - 1 plus year of experience
Location - Kalpakkam,Chennai
