Position: Telecaller Executive
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Location: Salem
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow up with existing leads and customers.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling / Customer Support experience
- Customer Relationship Management
- Sales Follow-up
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salem, Tamil Nadu
