JOB Profile :
- Provide Technical assistance and support to Customer, and resolve problems related to the use of computer hardware and software for end users.
- Troubleshoot Desktop Laptop and Printer issues.
- Troubleshooting in the Windows desktop environment ( networking , OS, Microsoft Office suite, PC hardware , printers), network and local printer installation Knowledge of TCP/IP, (Share and NTFS permissions).
- Configuration and installation of Laptop, compute
- Provide complete recoverability of systems and applications.
- Server maintenance knowledge
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
