Job Summary
Rhythmrx Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a System Support Executive to support sales operations and coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and customers. Candidates with prior experience in sales support, customer coordination, or system support roles are preferred.
Experience in the medical, healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations and coordination activities
- Communicate with sales teams, distributors, and customers regarding orders and follow-ups
- Maintain sales records, reports, quotations, and CRM data
- Assist in sales order processing and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, accounts, and service teams
- Generate MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Support customer communication and issue resolution
- Assist regional sales teams with operational support activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Medical related - Preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Support, System Support, Sales Coordination, or related roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in healthcare or medical-related industries is preferred
Language Skills
Candidates with knowledge of any two of the following languages are preferred:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
