Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an established network of channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients and business associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through direct clients and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the Mohali/Tricity real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
