Job Summary
We are looking for an Admissions / Telecaller / Collections Coordinator to manage training enquiries, follow up with leads, coordinate webinar follow-ups, support admissions conversion, and handle pending payment and installment follow-ups.
This role is important for improving AGSRT’s admission conversion, reducing lead leakage, and strengthening monthly collections.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-up & Admissions Support
* Call new training leads and explain course details clearly.
* Respond to enquiries received through ads, website, WhatsApp, webinars, referrals, and social media.
* Follow up with interested candidates after webinars, demo sessions, and counselling calls.
* Book counselling calls with the senior team or technical trainers when required.
* Convert interested leads into admissions through regular and professional follow-ups.
* Share brochures, syllabus, batch details, fee details, and payment information.
Payment & Collections Follow-up
* Follow up for pending payments, installment dues, and balance payments.
* Maintain a daily pending payment tracker.
* Send reminders through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
* Coordinate with accounts/admin team after payment confirmation.
* Collect payment screenshots / transaction details and update the tracker.
Data Management & Reporting
* Maintain lead, admission, follow-up, and payment records in Google Sheets / CRM.
* Update lead status daily: New Lead, Contacted, Interested, Counselling Booked, Enrolled, Not Interested, Follow-up Later.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, admissions, and collections.
* Ensure every lead has a next follow-up date.
Coordination
* Coordinate with the training team for batch joining updates.
* Coordinate with the digital marketing team to track lead sources.
* Coordinate with accounts/admin team for invoices, receipts, and payment confirmation.
Required Skills
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and phone calling.
* Ability to handle follow-ups professionally and politely.
* Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
* Ability to maintain accurate records.
* Basic understanding of admissions, counselling, collections, or customer support will be preferred.
Qualification
Any degree or diploma. Freshers with good communication skills can apply. Experience in telecalling, admissions, collections, counselling, or customer support will be preferred.
Performance Expectations
* Contact new leads within 15 minutes to 1 hour wherever possible.
* Minimum 40–60 calls per day.
* Daily WhatsApp follow-ups for active leads.
* Weekly pending payment recovery follow-up.
* Maintain 100% tracker update discipline.
Preferred Incentive Structure
Incentives can be provided based on:
* Admissions closed through follow-up.
* Pending payments recovered.
* Webinar leads converted into paid admissions.
* Monthly collection target achieved.
