- Drives strategic planning and sets operational goals aligned with the institute’s long-term vision.
- Prepares, administers, and monitors annual budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
- Maintains procedures for purchasing, inventory management, security, and facilities maintenance.
- Responsible for achieving the Business Sales Targets of the institute
- Establishes pricing strategies and manages profit margins while maintaining product quality.
- Builds and maintains relationships
- Monitors market trends and student enrollment to expand program offerings
- Supervises daily academic and non-academic activities, ensuring high student satisfaction and positive learning environments.
- Oversees student services, career support
- Oversees the hiring, training, and professional development
- Conducts performance evaluations and implements quality management systems.
- Ensures the institute strictly adheres to local, state, and federal regulatory/licensing requirements
