Job Title: Client Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a Client Coordinator to manage communication and coordination between clients and internal teams for software solutions such as Tally, Bitrix24, SAP Business One, ERP, and customized business applications.
The role focuses on project coordination, client support, implementation tracking, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements. This is an operations-oriented role with client interaction and does not involve direct sales or business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with implementation, support, and development teams.
- Track software implementation, customization, training, and support activities.
- Schedule client meetings, demos, training sessions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests.
- Maintain project status reports, documentation, and communication records.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate user onboarding and software adoption activities.
- Collect client feedback and project sign-off documents after successful completion.
- Escalate critical issues and ensure proper closure within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Client Coordination, Operations, Customer Support, ERP Support, Functional Consulting, Project Coordination, or Software Implementation.
- Exposure to software products such as Tally, ERP, CRM, SAP Business One, Bitrix24, or similar business applications is preferred.
