About the Role
Worklife Business Support is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist who can take ownership of the company's complete digital marketing activities.
The role combines SEO, Google Ads/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, website optimization, lead generation, analytics, reporting, and digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical and should understand how different digital channels work together to increase brand visibility, website traffic, qualified leads, customer engagement, and business revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO – Search Engine Optimization
- Develop and implement an overall SEO strategy for the company website.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value keywords based on search volume, competition, and business relevance.
- Perform complete on-page SEO, including:
- Title tags
- Meta descriptions
- Heading structure
- URL optimization
- Internal linking
- Image optimization
- Keyword optimization
- Content optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search visibility.
- Work on website speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawlability, and basic technical SEO.
- Manage off-page SEO activities and link-building initiatives.
- Monitor backlinks and domain authority.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing website pages.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and generate organic leads.
- Conduct competitor SEO analysis and identify content and keyword opportunities.
- Monitor Google Search Console and resolve relevant search performance issues.
2. Google Ads / PPC / Paid Marketing
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research for paid search campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
- Write and test effective ad copies.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and keyword selection.

- ROAS, where applicable
- Identify and add negative keywords.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Monitor search terms and make regular campaign adjustments.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies for the company's brand.
- Manage platforms such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant platforms
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Plan content themes, posts, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators where required.
- Write or coordinate social media captions and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, leads, and other relevant metrics.
- Research social media trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Develop campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor competitor social media activity.
4. Content Marketing
- Develop a content strategy based on business objectives and customer search intent.
- Conduct keyword research for blogs and website content.
- Identify topics that can generate organic traffic and business leads.
- Create or coordinate SEO-friendly:
- Website content
- Blog posts
- Landing pages
- Social media content
- Articles
- Promotional content
- Optimize existing content for better rankings and engagement.
- Work with writers, designers, and other team members to maintain content quality.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand voice and business objectives.
5. Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Monitor overall website performance and user experience.
- Identify pages with low traffic, engagement, or conversion rates.
- Recommend improvements to website structure and content.
- Optimize landing pages for both SEO and paid campaigns.
- Improve CTAs, page content, forms, and conversion elements.
- Coordinate with developers for required technical changes.
- Ensure important website pages are mobile-friendly and search-engine friendly.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor digital marketing performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Keyword Planner
- SEO tools
- Track website traffic, organic performance, paid traffic, leads, conversions, and user behavior.
- Create weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Identify which channels, campaigns, keywords, and content are generating quality leads.
- Use data to make informed marketing decisions.
7. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop digital marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified business leads.
- Identify target audiences and customer segments.
- Build strategies across SEO, Google Ads, social media, content, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor lead volume and lead quality.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team.
- Understand which campaigns are producing genuine business opportunities.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on lead-to-conversion performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per qualified lead.
- Support remarketing and retargeting activities.
8. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans.
- Set marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Identify the most effective digital channels for different business goals.
- Allocate marketing efforts based on performance and ROI.
- Conduct regular competitor and market research.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Recommend new campaigns, tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Continuously test and improve marketing activities.
9. Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitors' SEO strategies.
- Analyze competitor keywords and rankings.
- Review competitor Google Ads and online advertising activities.
- Analyze competitor websites, landing pages, content, and social media.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for Worklife Business Support.
- Prepare competitor insights and recommendations for management.
10. Reporting & Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Present campaign performance to management.
- Track marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns and performance.
