Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify and convert leads for your assigned brand/track (calls, digital outreach or field visits by track).
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene: pipeline stages, follow-ups, daily activity reporting.
- Build product knowledge (industrial safety/PPE standards for safety brands) and deliver consultative pitches.
- Own an individual revenue metric from Month 6 and present it in monthly business reviews.
- Meet published monthly/quarterly targets tied to a transparent incentive plan.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
