Job Summary
The Interior Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and other items required for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiation, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure interior materials, furniture, furnishings, lighting, hardware, and décor items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order placement.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to understand material requirements.
- Track order status and ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and quality specifications.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged materials, or supplier discrepancies.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Assist in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising quality.
Pay: ₹10,843.83 - ₹37,299.63 per month
