About the Role
Omniveda HR Solutions is looking for a creative and result-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to manage our complete digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal professional will be responsible for strengthening our online presence, generating qualified business leads, and driving brand visibility across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
- Plan and publish engaging content, reels, videos, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Optimize the company website for traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Create marketing creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for HR Consulting, Executive Search, Payroll, Compliance, and Staffing services.
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA/Digital Marketing Certification preferred).
- 3–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing B2B brands, preferably in HR Consulting, Staffing, Recruitment, or Professional Services.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, email marketing, Canva/Adobe, WordPress, and marketing automation tools.
