Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales professional to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth for Olive Aesthetics. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, corporate relationship management skills, and experience in B2B sales, healthcare marketing, wellness partnerships, or luxury service sales.
This role involves generating corporate tie-ups, referral partnerships, wellness collaborations, and employee benefit programs to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Tie-Ups & Business Development
- Develop and maintain partnerships with:
- Corporates & MNCs
- Gyms & fitness centers
- Salons & luxury wellness brands
- Dermatology & healthcare networks
- Insurance & wellness aggregators
- Influencers and premium lifestyle communities
Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Create referral and partnership channels for patient acquisition.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, and business owners.
Brand Promotion
- Organize corporate wellness camps, hair/skin awareness sessions, and promotional events.
- Represent Olive Aesthetics at networking events, exhibitions, and healthcare forums.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop customized corporate packages and employee wellness programs.
- Track conversions, partnerships, and ROI from collaborations.
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and smooth coordination between corporate clients and clinic operations.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest innovative growth and partnership strategies.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 2–6 years experience in:
- Corporate Sales
- Business Development
- Healthcare Marketing
- Wellness/Luxury Sales
- Aesthetic or Medical Industry preferred
Skills Required

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, hospitality, or luxury brands.
- Existing corporate network in Delhi NCR is an advantage.
