Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant (SESC), a leading MEP Engineering Consultancy, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team.
Experience Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Consultancy / Construction Consultancy firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Process vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
