Marketing & Lead Generation manager & executive – International Education (UK Shift)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to promote educational courses in international markets, primarily targeting students and professionals in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and other global regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing digital marketing campaigns, building partnerships, and supporting admissions/business growth during UK working hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads for online/offline educational courses through digital platforms and outreach campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from international students and working professionals.
- Maintain lead databases and follow-up pipelines using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for lead conversion and enrollment support.
- Conduct email marketing and WhatsApp/LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Marketing
- Email Marketing
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Create promotional content for courses, webinars, and educational events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and ROI.
International Market Development
- Research international education trends and competitor activities.
- Build partnerships with overseas consultants, agencies, and training partners.
- Support webinar promotions and international student engagement activities.
- Understand UK and global education market requirements and customer behavior.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly lead generation and campaign reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and management teams.
- Track KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion ratio, and campaign performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of international education or EdTech industry.
- Ability to work in UK shift timings.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in education marketing, EdTech, or international lead generation.
- Experience working with overseas students or international clients is preferred.
Shift Timing
- UK Shift (Typically 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST / Depending on daylight savings)
